Here’s the newly updated list, bold indicates a new car when compared to NFS Heat’s car list: In its place, however, is the Lotus Emira, a new car for Unbound. Like the other hero cars that appeared in past NFS games, it too has been removed. However, the updated list removed another car, the Ford F-150 Legends Edition as it was listed (it’s supposed to be the returning car of a specific character in NFS Payback). The confirmed car count at launch remains at 143. All mentions of “Excalibur” in the names, only appearing in new cars for Unbound, have also been removed. The entry simply labelled “Ferrari” in the original list really was a mistake. Most of the changes are so it has the correct name (some manufacturers’ names are in all caps) and model year included. UPDATE 07/10/22: Since this post was first published, the official site has updated the car list. Two Audi cars were available in Heat but do not appear in the list.Īlso, the hero cars for Need For Speed Underground (Eddie’s Nissan Skyline GT-R), Need For Speed Underground 2 (Rachel’s Nissan 350Z) and Need For Speed Most Wanted (the BMW M3 E46 GTR) seem to be not returning from Heat. However, Audi cars seem to be removed from the roster. Toyota is, unfortunately, missing- a recurring trend for recent NFS games, but overall it has a good spread of JDMs, muscle cars and supercars making the roster. ![]() Usually, something that is teased in the coming months leading up to release (Forza Horizon 5 did that) or revealed really close to release (the previous NFS game, Need For Speed Heat did that), but for Need For Speed Unbound, it’s all up and ready to go.Ĭonfirmed in the list are 143 cars from a wide range of manufacturers. Interestingly, the game has revealed its car list already. ![]() EA just hit the publish button on the Need For Speed Unbound reveal trailer, earlier than expected, and alongside that is the floodgate of information for the upcoming racing game releasing this December.
